Before stepping into the investment world, DaMone’s background has been in the Mortgage and Property Management arena for the last ten years. During that time he was known for his world class customer service and ability to work with people. Prior to his Mortgage and Property Management endeavors, he spent 25 years in the High Tech Sales and Title aspects of the business world.

DaMone’s professionalism and desire to help others reach their investment goals is his main focus. His sales experience has created a diverse skill set, which make him the perfect candidate to help make your investment dreams a reality. Whether private, passive or commercial DaMone can aide you with his knowledge and experience in obtaining financial freedom.

Rebecca Fitzpatrick

Rebecca is an Entrepreneur of over 25 years. Her ventures included being an Esthetician as well as a day trader. She first started in the real estate market with single family units, and having developed knowledge, skills, and a team the draw of a bigger industry has brought her to the multifamily space.

Khoa Nguyen

Moving from Vietnam to the US at the age of 12, he felt the need to work much harder than everybody to be successful. Early on Khoa saw the value in investing in Real Estate and with his wife and partner Kerry started investing in single family properties. After years of success and building a large portfolio of Single Family investments, Khoa set his sights on Multifamily units. With a strong background in leadership and analyzing numbers, Khoa excels at underwriting deals as well as building power teams. He stays focused on finding different solutions to approach a problem, which is focused on maximizing our investors' returns.

Kerry Nguyen

COO & Managing Partner

Kerry Nguyen comes from a strong management background that started while helping her father manage a large portfolio of rental properties in Vietnam. Due to her early real estate exposure as a child, she developed a solid foundation in the real estate space. This experience also instilled an "always proactive" approach to opportunities. Kerry came to America right after high school and easily adapted to the new culture. She also is skilled in international investing and is fluent in English, Vietnamese, and French. She is an excellent communicator and thrives in building relationships that strengthen her network!
